How to get a mic that needs phantom power to work with your mirrorless camera

The better mics out there almost all require phantom power. Here is the simplest, cheapest way to get that done. I’ve look around quite a bit for a phantom power solution and this is probably the best solution out there without getting into using an actual mixer.
